Called twice only to be transferred to a voicemail. I guess this is what one needs to expect when dealing with "used car" sales people as opposed to new. Nonetheless, disappointing customer service!
Jess called me to apologize for me being transferred to voicemail. He was so kind and genuine. He was puzzled as well as to why I got voicemail. I read people well and being in customer service, I knew immediately that he is not your typical car salesman. He truly is sincere in everything he says. The fact that he posted an apology AND called was quite impressive! That is excellent customer service! I really hope we will be able to purchase our car from Deal Time because of the great service thus far from Jess. There really needs to be more sales people like him in all industries!
